Use of RACERT Certification Marks
The use of RACERT certification marks and accreditation seals is strictly regulated to maintain their integrity and credibility. Certified entities must adhere to the following guidelines to ensure compliance. Failure to comply may result in restrictions or withdrawal of permissions without prior notice.
Authorized Use of Certification Marks
The RACERT Certification Mark represents compliance with rigorous industry standards and may only be used by organizations that have successfully obtained and maintained certification.
Where It Can Be Used:
- Official company websites, brochures, and marketing materials.
- Corporate documents such as reports and policies.
- Digital and print media, including press releases and promotional content.
Modifications Allowed
- Resizing is permitted as long as proportions are maintained.
- No alterations to design, colour, or content of the mark.
Prohibited Use of Certification Marks
Where It Cannot Be Used:
- Individual email signatures or business cards.
- On products or product packaging (unless explicitly permitted).
- Laboratory reports, test certificates, or inspection reports (to avoid misrepresentation).
- Any misleading context implying certification applies beyond its intended scope.
Unauthorized Use May Result In
- Corrective action
- Legal or contractual consequences
- Suspension or withdrawal of certification
Suspension, Withdrawal, and Termination of Certification
Certification marks may only be displayed while the certificate remains valid.
If Certification is Suspended or Withdrawn:
- The use of all RACERT certification marks must cease immediately.
- Marks must be removed from advertising, websites, and digital/print materials.
Upon Termination of Agreement with RACERT:
- All permissions related to certification mark usage will be revoked.
- The certified organization must discontinue all references to RACERT certification.
Use of Certification Mark

Protection Zone
In order to maintain the visual integrity of the logo, a minimum free amount of free space (blank border) must always be respected.
Size
The minimum height of the logo is 12mm.
Colour
The RACERT certification mark is printed in 3 colours, being red (#e26958), green (#56bcc1) and yellow (#f3bb46).
The Content
The certification mark will be adapted to the name of the standard for which you are certified, this is the only part of the certification mark that is modifiable with the certificate number. The certification mark can be used with or without reference to the certificate number.- The certification mark cannot be modified.- The certificate number (RAC-XXXXXX) must be displayed along with the logo.
