Impartiality

RACERT maintains impartiality, objectivity, and integrity in all certification activities. Certification decisions are based exclusively on objective evidence of conformity with applicable standards and requirements and are not influenced by commercial, financial, or other external pressures.

All personnel involved in certification activities are required to act independently, impartially, and without bias. Processes are established to identify, manage, and control conflicts of interest, ensuring that no influence affects certification outcomes.

Risks to impartiality are identified, analysed, evaluated, and monitored on an ongoing basis. Where such risks are identified, appropriate controls are implemented to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable level, thereby maintaining the credibility of certification activities.

No consultancy or related services are undertaken that could compromise independence, objectivity, or impartiality, or create a conflict of interest with certification functions.
